The impact on me has been awesome. Books by Andy Puddicombe. Reading the book after doing the app for a while has just helped deepen my understanding of the lessons, etc. This often releases long-held tension that causes disorders and the physical body. I would recommend to use the app anyway even if you only stick to the free 10 min sessions. I gave it my best but just could not get into it at all. As much “study” as I’ve had, I learned a lot from this, and most of all he reminded me–get on the mat!

When I found out Andy wrote a book, I picked it up, and it was a fast but great read. Retrieved 26 August I highly recommend this book. I think I read somewhere that meditation is a gym membership for the mind. This book contains very basic information on mindfulness and meditation.
